Your first appointment with Dr. Burlingame-Lee:

First appointments are nerve-wracking, aren't they? Whether you are seeing me for counseling or for coaching, I want to do my absolute best to help you feel comfortable and accepted. I realize that when you walk into my office for the first time, I am a stranger to you. I don't expect you to trust me right away, and I hope that as we get to know each other over the course of that first appointment, you'll feel more comfortable. On the following two pages, I explain what to expect at both a counseling and a coaching appointment. In both types of appointments, I welcome questions about the process, our goals, and what each type of service looks like.
